wow...o man... i owned a viewsat so what does that mean for myself and the rest of us down here,... i hope things work out for them in the case...

viewtech and iks are two totally different issues legally.s/v was successful in court as to charlie could not get a injuction to halt i-hub sales! so do not be so quick to say iks will lose nfusion has been going strong a few years now with min. legal issues yes they have had few but their still serving one of if not the best iks solution their is. :mrgreen:

I have said this before v/s should give the source files to a dongle company and let them make a solution software is all it takes,then all their old stock mite be sold before bankruptcy if its not already to late .Another company could build a dongle and even a viewsat under a different name dongled supported its a win win for v/s and the testers of v/s atleast support the ultra and ultra lite the more common viewsats. :ugeek:

Malaysia can't receive Bev and Dik.

Does not matter if the hosting country can receive BEV or Dish, location of hosting is just for legal convenience.

Thats for sure, just like drug dealers, one gets busted a new one steps up, personally if i were a coder i would wait untill Jung went to jail if he gets time, than release a fix the day after just to stick it to DN.
